The Company will use the Customer’s personal information for the purpose as set out below. If it will use the information　in another way, the Company will specify such a purpose beforehand and will not use the information for any other purposes than such specified purpose.

• To offer the services and related information of the Company.
• To conduct surveys, analyses and questionnaire investigations in order to provide better services with the Customer.

The Company will not disclose any of personal information of the Customer, except as set out below

• If, pursuant to laws and regulations, any jurisdiction and administrative agency require the Company to do so;
• If the Customer agrees with the Company to do so;
• If the Company requests someone to deal with the personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

The Company will take appropriate action to respond to any requests for disclosure, alteration, correction, and deletion of personal information only when verified that such requests are truly from the Customer to whom such information belongs.

The Company from time to time makes use of a function called Cookie on its website for the Customer’s convenient use of the Company’s services. This function will neither abuse the Customer’s privacy nor give any negative effects to the Customer’s computer.

From time to time, and in response to amendments or changes of Laws and Regulations or circumstances, the Company will continue to enhance its system for the protection of personal information.
